I joined Moore Legal Technology in June 2018, having spent most of my career in recruitment for FTSE 100 companies.
Eager for a change, and wishing to pursue a passion for all things digital, I joined the Operations Team as a Customer Success Manager; implementing digital marketing strategy and performance enhancements for our clients.
A key focus for the Customer Success Team is establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring positive, long-lasting relations.
I’m drawn to working in highly technical industries, so, after working in the Medical Device Industry for the last few years it was now time for me to embark on my next challenge. October 2018 saw me join Moore Legal Technology in the role of marketing executive. Working within the Sales and Marketing Team, my role is wide ranging, including a combination of digital and off line marketing and aspects from advertising, public relations, campaign planning, events management and market research. Currently, I am studying for my chartership with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. The goal is to be a chartered marketer by 2020 – wish me luck, I’m going to need it!
I started with Moore Legal Technology in the summer of 2016 as a summer intern. I am currently obtaining my honours degree in English & Journalism whilst working with MLT part-time. I help out the team with a range of tasks.
I joined Moore Legal Technology in May 2017 as a digital marketing assistant having spent time working in the food and leisure sector.

I'm based in the Isle of Man but spend my days ensuring that all our online lead generating assets are up, running as fast as they can and maintained in such as a way to ensure that they are secure, spam free and generating loads of enquiries.
